Nov 05,2023DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 28 bare root red cedar trees and 12 loblolly pines 10-3-21. After I finally received all the trees that I ordered, as they had screwed up the order from the beginning, I planted them as instructed. The next spring all were dead. The nursery replaced them the fall of 2022 (10-18) and I planted them again as instructed. These were all dead by Spring, so I contacted the nursery in May and was told to wait longer as they might be late developing this year. Unfortunately after a few more months, the trees still did not show any signs of life. I contacted the nursery in October (2023) and inquired about getting a refund. I was told that they don't offer refunds, but that I would be able to get an instore credit to use towards other trees, but first I needed to do scratch tests on the trees to prove they were dead and take pictures to send to them. I did as instructed, and then was told the trees are beyond warranty. $440 down the drain and no trees. BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONLINE ONLY!

Nov 04,2023Frankly I was a little dubious as to the quality of these trees but I figured the BOGO was too good to pass up. Glad I took the chance! They arrived quickly, packaged well, and exactly as described! I’ve had trouble with other nurseries telling me they known my climate better than I do and plants were received in the wrong season for North Texas. Very pleased with TWT:-)

Oct 19,2023I recieved dead plants. They reshipped me more dead plants to replace the first dead plants. I was going to buy some trees from them but they obviously cannot deliver live plants.
