ordered several things. Some of them never arrived although they charged me for a full order. I sent them an email saying that there was an incomplete order. They answered that I must sent them a picture of what I did received. I want plants not a new bother with pictures, emails and phone calls. I call the number and the lady on their side was not helpful at all. I did sent them a picture and after that they already never answered. I will of course dispute the part of the charge that never arrived but I will never deal with this company again. Certainly NOT worth buying from them. All I wanted were trees. What I got was a lot of headache. Disappointed

The plants arrived later than I expected, but in good shape. The crepe myrtles were labeled, Red and Muskogee, but the Redbud tree were not labeled and they were mixed in with the crepe myrtles. Lucky for me, I can recognize the plants from the bark type, so I was able to sort it out.....not everyone can do that however. would be nice to label all the plants and bunch them together within their likeness.

This business is a scam. Check their reviews online (NOT on their website!) and you'll get a good picture of how underhanded they are. Don't try to do business with them. They said that my order would arrive in October, but by late November, they told me that they didn't have trees in stock and that there were several clients ahead of me in line. So I asked to cancel the order, but they refused. When I then disputed the charge on my credit card, the trees magically appeared to be available because they quickly shipped them. I've refused the delivery.

I ordered 2 redwood trees and one of them had the top cut off which will cause long term rot, a requested a replacement but the request was denied.

Water lilies were just st 1” rhizomes with no roots or growth. Planted two months ago with no signs of sprouting though that may be due to the season. The remaining plants had mold on them. Treated and planted. No growth at two months.

I ordered trees. I thought that they would come more quickly than they arrived. The trees themselves were an excellent shape. We had approximately anywhere from 6 inches of frost to a foot and a half of frost so it was extremely difficult to plant the trees. I had called a few times about the order and it had been delayed due to a late fall and the trees had not gone dormant yet these circumstances would appear to be unavoidable. I hope all of the trees survive. Thank you for your product and service.

They don't even deserve one star. None of the purchased plants grew. They do not honor their plant replacement guarantee. I have their refusal on an email from them.

This is our 3rd order in a many weeks. Products shipped when they said and have arrived in better than expected condition. We ordered 4 mulberry trees and received 7 saplings in the box. All have been planted and protected from the wildlife. Looking forward to bountiful harvests next spring.

Complete scam of a company. Plants arrive either soggy and with root-rot or completely dry and dead. Also missing some of the plants ordered. Company will give you the runaround and not give you your money back. Be aware that they operate numerous websites under different names.

I ordered several plants for spring planting. None, not one plant survived. Requested a refund and was told I have to wait a year. Requested a store credit so I could order fall plants and was refused. Reported to BBB and TWN never responded to BBB. This is a scam operation, steer clear. As other have said, there is no way to contact them except email. Terrible or no customer service.

Total scam operation. Ordered a large variety of trees. Only received some of them. They don’t answer your emails and there is no phone number. Tried to dispute with Chase credit card and they sent Chase USPS tracking numbers so Chase said I must have received the order. Total SCAM!!!

On April 29th I ordered two Red Columbine plants. After a week and a half, I inquired about delivery time and was given a window of: "Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship. This is our busy Spring shipping season and we try to get orders out in a timely manner. As soon as your order ships we will send you an email with your tracking information". THEN after a month: Hello. "I will get this sent to the fulfillment center to get it shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the order is fulfilled. I apologize for the delay. Thank you". THEN: "Kindly provide us with your order number and name so we can quickly identify this transaction. " (order@ was in first part of this thread when I initially inquired about time frame of delivery). THEN: After sending a screenshot of their charge with THEIR company name on the charge to my CC: "This order is not ours. That receipt isn't ours." AFTER the above email I submitted a dispute with Discover my cc company. And this was their reply: "Thank you for your email." There was an email sent prior that wasn't a part of this thread stating they would send it in the FALL not advertised in their description. My CC company solved the issue and two plants were finally delivered end of June. I will not be purchasing from this poorly managed company again.

I ordered creeping phlox from T N Nursery. The delivery was USPS and slow-took weeks to be sent and were on route for 6 full days. By the time the plants arrived-this was during summertime in Florida-they were dried up and dying. I contacted customer service prior to their arrival expressing my concerns and again after they arrived given the poor state in which they arrived. T N Nursery assured me they would come back to life. I planted them immediately and watered them though they were brown and crunchy. I reached out to customer service again and they said to give it time. That the plants would come back to life. So now I've paid $70 for dead plants and the nursery is not honoring their warranty even though their website explicitly states that they will refund plants that arrive dying/dead. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nursery-they are dishonest, have poor quality plants that ship slowly and will die before you even get a chance to put them in the ground. Then they will not offer you a refund for the overpriced dead plants they sent you. T N Nursery lists this number as their customer service line- Customer Service 931.692.4252 so I called that and they told me they do not handle customer service on this line and the supervisor refused to speak to me, then they hung up on me-twice. So they're also extremely rude and unprofessional! So if you want to get ripped off and treated like Sh&* then shop at T N Nursery! Check out pics of the "dormant" plants I paid $70 for! mind blowing. I tagged these photos on Instagram on their page but like other customers have expressed here, they also blocked me and removed my negative review from their website. They filter their bad reviews to make themselves look like an honest company that sells quality products and stands by the warranties advertised on their website. Update in response to your response: I HAVE SUBMITTED NUMEROUS (NO LESS THAN 4) ATTEMPTS FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEAD OVERPRICED PLANTS U SENT ME. EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU DENIED MY REFUND AND WHEN I CALLED EVEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER RUDELY SAYING YOU DONT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND YOUR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE AND YOUR PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH. THE ONLY REASON YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG IS BECAUSE ITS A LONG RUNNING SCAM-BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAS NUMEROUS CLAIMS AGAINST YOU TO PROVE IT. T N NURSERY IS A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THEIR REPEATED MISTREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS

I was sent the wrong tree. The refund I received didn't cover the cost to repurchase a new one.

They ignore any claims you submit for dead plants. No website phone number- that should tell you something. Won’t use again!!!! Will try to reverse charge on my credit card, but will be difficult as the trees arrived last Nov of 2023!

This is my 3rd order with this company. I know the customer is supposed to be aware that these are dormant plants, but why don’t they wake up? I lose a full season of growth by the plants staying dormant until the next year and then what happens if they don’t come up? I have to ask for a refund and they give us a store credit. Now I have to repeat the whole cycle over again and guess what here it’s been six weeks since the roots were planted and no sprouts. My first order the roots were almost too small to plant. Both of my orders in 2024 had nice root structure so they were easy to plant. These orders arrive the first part of May and now we are in the 3rd week June and there are NO SPROUTS. You plan and envision a planting that will WOW your neighborhood. Only to feel that I look foolish for spending the time and money by planting dead plants. To be clear I don't have crystal ball and can't predict the future to see if these sprout and grow. I have gotten over being mad at myself for keep repeating the same error, I am just so disappointed in not having beautiful plants and flowers again this year, but they would only issue Store Credit for the plants that didn't sprout on my last order in 2012. Their website is full of beautiful pictures but I did not have the good fortune as to have their dormant roots to awake and grow into the plants that are shown in the magnificent pictures on their website. I have bought dormant roots from several other company and never had an issue with thgave the review 2 stars for now because I still think this company still has some merit and they may still have a good product. I will update my review after the spring of 2025 when I can see what these plants will end up doing, but for now since we are in the 7th week since they were planted, I will leave this at 2 stars.

Purchase 2 x PawPaw saplings. They arrived as dried up twigs. They looked like dried switches from the deep south to spank some kid named Junebug with. I contacted their support. They said the plants were "dormant" in April and to give them a couple of months. Well, it's June. I've trimmed(they were dry and nearly snapped in half), re-potted, watered, cared, and even gave a flowering tree feed to them and these things are still breakable twigs. TN Wholesale Nursery will not refund. I honestly don't trust their products to want to reorder. I don't want to go through this buffoonery again. I just want a refund.

I have bought several orders from this company. I began to be worried when I saw that they sell several species that are known to be aggressive nuisances. Then I ordered several plants and there was no update for an entire week - no shipping, no label created, nothing. I am leaving for a vacation and the plants will now arrive when I am away, so they will die. I thought there was plenty of time since they are only six hours away and I left two weeks for delivery! It's okay, because I've read so many reviews that say you never know what you're getting from them: lots of people saying they ordered a 'good' species and got a different aggressive one instead. I no longer trust this company.
