Your website is easy to find what I'm looking for. The products in my past orders have been wonderful, healthy and quite large.

Very responsive and timely customer service regarding my cancellation of an order. Updated me regularly regarding my cancellation and refund. Because of my experience I have decided to order from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery exclusively and do so for my landscaping projects!

Only one plant is growing. The others were just roots. I thought I was getting a plant.

The roots were in good shape and arrived in a timely manner. The only negative was that one part of my order was incorrect. I received only 1 of 3 roots ordered for a daylily. I’m trying to get it fixed but haven’t received a response yet. If everything comes up that I received, your plants will be making my new garden beautiful. Thank you. Nancy Turner

I placed an order and received it 19 days later. Everything was in individual plastic ziploc bags and each had handwritten ID of what was in the bags. All of the plants & bulbs were mushy. I have not seen any growth with any of the items. To make it worse, I have sent emails several times to sales@TNNursery and this is July 31st and I still have not heard a peep from anyone about the order. I cannot recommend any company that can't back up their sales.

First, I am a real person. I read some bad reviews suggesting the good ones were fake, but I took a chance. I received my bare roots fairly quickly. The insert stated to plant them in the ground and they would emerge in the Spring. I planted them instead in pots with good soil. My lovely ferns are already emerging after 2 weeks. Once they are bigger I'll transfer them to my garden. I'm so happy with my purchase I will definitely buy from TN Nursery again.

I ordered 10 empress trees three years ago and planted them. They started to grow and as they grew, I discovered they weren’t empress trees. They were sumac trees, so I let the nursery know and they gave me a credit. I ordered four apple trees, and two mulberry trees, the mulberry trees and two of the Apple are doing great but to other Apple trees don’t even have buds on them. I’ve contacted them several times nobody responds. I will never do business with them again.

I showed them a pic of a dead plant and they had to “send it in for evaluation! Even I can see when a plant is dead. Why couldn’t they just send me one !

The company says it ships bare root plants in plastic bags with a special gel that keeps roots moist even if there is a shipping delay of up to 7 days. Not true. My bare root plants came in paper bags, *completely* dried out from five days of transit in heat. I put them in the ground but have little hope. The dishonesty is really disturbing. I wrote to them to complain about the lie and they would not acknowledge it. They just repeated boilerplate about their warranty.

The perennial plants I purchased last year did not sprout this spring. I received a credit after sending pictures of the bare area where they had been planted. When I tried to order replacements I took advantage of the BOGO offer in force at the time. However, the website would not give me one free of the same type I was paying for. It would only take the price of a cheaper plant on the order off the total. Then I had to add over $9 shipping which meant I had to adjust the number of plants I was purchasing with my credit. Each time I tried to contact the company it took two emails and several days to get a response. Then I got an email offering free shipping. “And we do mean free”, it said. However, when I tried to use the code provided I got a message saying it could not be applied to that order. The website was a very frustrating experience for me and no phone number is provided for questions or issues. I hope the new plants grow this time because I do not want to go through this whole procedure again. I do love the wide variety of plants offered and the fact that they are guaranteed to grow, but losing that much on shipping each time they need to be replaced means I will not be ordering more if these don’t survive.
