Jan 17,2025Although item was available online, I later received an email saying it was out of stock and suggesting an alternative. I had spent a lot of time reading the specs and the pros and cons of a lot of rackets before deciding on the one that suited me best, hence my disappointment with being fobbed off with an alternative with different characteristics. I did not have the time to review all the rackets by each brand again and reluctantly accepted the alternative. I have not seen a refund coming through for the price difference between the two rackets.
