Jan 15,2025I purchased a tennis bag from Tennis Nuts costing £67.99 12th December 2024 as a Christmas present for my husband only to find when he went to use it, it had clearly been used, and returned to the company, as he pulled out a used dirty sports sock from the bag. I am cross that the bag was sold to me as a new bag at a new price? I was absolutely mortified to find the main Christmas present I bought my husband was second hand. I've just got off the phone from the company who apologised and offered a measly £5 refund. This is appalling customer service and I'm considering taking this further as I believe their actions contravene my customer rights. There's no way they can't have known that this was not a new bag.
