Rang up about a tennis racket and as the lady who answered couldn't really answer my question she put me on to another colleague in a department that played tennis. Give me great advice on which racket to buy for my 13 year old daughter. Rang me back to tell me when the item was in stock and a really speedy delivery. Hence my five stars. Thank you Tennis Nuts.
