Kits still haven’t arrived. They were due yesterday
Ordered the covid tests before 3pm on a Sunday with the assumption they would come 48hours later. ie, tue pm. Unfortunately they only arrived on Wednesday. And I do wonder if they would have been later or not at all if I hadn't sent an enquiring email on the Tuesday asking where they were.. I magically received a dispatch note shortly after my enquiry email.

Purchasing the test was easy, booking the test was easy but due to circumstances we were unable to use the test and were unable to get a refund. Unae to speak to anyone in person either. Very very very poor aftercare service,. Would never use again
They are a scam, do not buy anything from them. It’s being nearly 2 month and I did not get my product neither my money back. All they say is, “ I have just checked your order and I can reassure you that everything has been settled and your order has been shipped and is currently in Transit. You will be delivered but in the meantime you will receive your tracking number in order to trace your package online.” … and for refund you need to send back the product (the one you never got delivered) and pay the post yourself. AVOID… AVOID … AVOID
Once again have had the best service ever from Azeem. We are not technical and he helped us every step of the way to submit our test results and can now go away without anymore stress cannot recommend highly enough Maggie and Ric

I would not use this company again. We recently spent in excess of £300 for Fit to Fly PCR Tests for an organised work trip abroad. It wasn't that clear upon purchasing the test that you had to fill in a form to request a test booking reference number. It also didn't make it clear that the e-mail address assigned to the order could not be changed in the future. Cue a panicked afternoon for me, requesting and waiting for 8 TBR numbers. On the instant chat, TBR numbers started pinging through to me, with nobody's names attached to them. The chat representative then said to me that I could use any TBR number for any booking! The TBR's then started coming through on e-mail, and each TBR was unique to each booking number. When I looked again the TBR number was simply the order number with a 0 at the end! Since the order number is printed on the front of the bag, that is hardly the most secure method of creating a TBR number! There are several things you need to add to your website; 1 - make it clear upon booking that you need to request this TBR number, maybe a pop up window alerting the buyer to this 2 - make it clear that the buyer should be putting in the e-mail for the person they are buying the test for. All this would take is to put in an extra box at time of purchase with the persons name and e-mail address 3 - Make the TBR numbers more secure or unique to that booking number for security and to make sure the tests aren't mixed up, if there is a large group. One of my attendees didn't receive their PCR test and has had to make their own arrangements so I've requested a refund as you have failed to deliver the product purchased. Absolutely terrible company.
I bought 4 tests the day before the announcement they wouldn't be needed. No refunds possible. Fair enough. I kept them in case the requirements changed again. This week I'm going on holiday with an unvaccinated 15yr old. Asked if I could use it for him. The agent on the chat has no idea so said they would email the answer to me. 3 days later no response and it's going to be too late to use it. (Pcr)

Everything was easy and perfect
I just got in Majorca and everything was perfect. I even got the date of birth wrong (my bad) in the certificate but I emailed them and they answered me in less than 20 minutes and it was resolved. Very very happy
I had messed up on the addressee by allowing the computer to fill in my details and failing to check the result. When I realised what had happened I emailed the company to explain and was told that the tests would be sent out as I had addressed it. Not very helpful but fortunately our postman was more on the ball and delivered the test kits correctly to me. Very good value though which goes someway to redeem them.
Excellent service. Delivery is right on time and test result sent within time frame on my departure.
