Oct 22,2022This is my first time ordering a Covid test kit that is not free. 4 days in, and I have yet to receive the goods. When it was free, it rarely failed to arrive the following day. Postal strike or not, it is in my view poor service.

Utter rip off, false advertising says 48 hours to receive the test kit but took 5 days which was past the date of travel which I put on their form and have the audacity not to give refunds!! I had to drive 2 hours to my nearest test centre last minute and pay them! Don’t give them your business!!! DON’T BELIEVE THE BULLS@*T ASWER THEY’VE PUT BELOW! It’s totally fabricated,

Oct 21,2022Very poorly packed in a thin plastic packing material causing damage to 10 of the test kits. Nothing wrong with the kits they worked as advertised. Will not be using this company again
