Jan 25,2022HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Small time UK sellers should not be allowed to sell merch. to buyers from USA. The customer service with this company should be rated a negative 5. It took 10 months to get two items that were ordered, and I was one of the lucky ones that actually received their order!, many other buyers in USA did not get anything!

Jul 08,2021I pre ordered the Motorhead incense holder from The Alternative Shark. The item was supposed to be dispatched early June. I contacted the retailer as it had gone past the dispatch date. I had a prompt response, very apologetic saying there was a delay from the supplier. I was given a new dispatch date, and my item arrived the day after I was notified it was being dispatched. Excellent service and communication, very happy.
