Feb 18,2025The individualized service. There was a hand written note 😁. It was also shipped lightening fast! It came from over seas, but I had it in less than a week. I think it was actually 3 days from ordering. I emailed them to tell them how pleased I was and I got a personal response from the person who hand wrote the note. I bet I will be a repeat customer!
