Oct 04,2024I really enjoyed the accelerator evenings with Rachel. The content was extremely interesting and I found that it was delivered very clearly. The videos gave a really good perspective of how empathy and sympathy are different and how using either of them can have vary different outcomes. The conversations that came from this training were so vulnerable, honest and eye opening. Very grateful to have been able to experience a training session delivered by Rachel. Thank you.

Oct 03,2024Well when you face a person that just shares how good and clever she is for me is patronising. So the experience was simply poor. I don’t need to know why I want to become a coach. I don’t need to be told what I can do with the accreditation. I simply need to know what course is best and what are the costs. Not if I were a sweety I would eat myself. So for me very poorly prepared and just reading of a script. So just send us your potential clients your script then we can make a more informed decision. So I would not recommend anyone giving up 2 hours of their life for propaganda

The TCA cater for various different learners and it has been great to connect with so many people. They have been professional in their approach and the journey has been very enjoyable. Sep 03,2024What another amazing course within the Coaching within Education Diploma. The course leader Rebecca was incredibly generous with her incredible know-how, experience and non judgemental feedback and it was so encouraging to be able to really focus on you and what your next steps could or might be. She really helps you to open your eyes fully and look at things from a clearer ‘business minded’ perspective. As the course title suggests, it really helps you to think practically about what happens next and the different ways you can potentially get into the education sector; a sector that has a ever growing need for Coaching. I really did feel the warmth and support from both Rebecca and other amazing like-minded coaches in the ‘room’ over the three evenings and the balance of both knowledge /exercise sharing and breakout rooms worked brilliantly.

Sep 03,2024Wonderful experience learning about Life Coaching through TCA. There was depth to the Life Coaching course; lots of research, live teaching, practical coaching sessions, case study reviews, one-on-one supervision.........and clearly very committed teachers.

Sep 02,2024This coaching session within the education accelerator was my final one. We discussed the practical aspects of our coaching businesses, and Rebecca, with her energy and kindness, helped us think through our strategies. While previous accelerators focused on our clients—parents and families, school staff and leaders, and young people—this time, the focus was different. It was about us: the structure of our businesses, our storytelling, our unique coaching approaches, and how these elements make us the perfect coach for our clients. Rebecca gave us time for reflection, which I appreciated, along with her spot-on insights during the presentation of our elevator pitches. I also valued the time spent in breakout rooms with my peers, as it gave me new ideas on what could be shared and highlighted the impact of telling our stories. The result of these three nights has been significant, as I now feel equipped to start my business. After gaining the expertise to coach young people, I also know how to effectively promote myself. My confidence has strengthened, and I’m ready to go out there and make a difference with my clients! Thank you Rebecca, you’re a super star ⭐️

Mike's teaching style, combined with his calm and reassuring approach, made the complex material much easier to understand and apply. This module boosted my confidence as a coach and helped me absorb the information more effectively. I also that it was brilliant how academic work as combined with practical work, drawing together the practice of coaching with theory. It was also great, to see integrated in, other works and books which could be referred too. The staff were passionate and knowledgeable which really helped.
