Aug 27,2024I attended Sharon's DISC training on Saturday and was super impressed. Usually I'm not the best with all day training sessions and wasn't so keen on sacrificing a precious Saturday, but I just loved this day! Sharon really brought such great energy to the sessions and shared so much useful information. I loved the energising music throughout, how well paced the sessions were and the great blend of teaching, breakout rooms, whole group interaction and sufficient Q&A slots. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Sharon and TCA for making it such a worthwhile day!

Aug 19,2024I have invested an enormous amount of time and effort to go through the material that has been provided by the Coaching Academy, as well as the feedback that I have received from various mentors/peers/coaches. Sometimes, the feedback that I have received is accurate and constructive, whereas other times lacks content, context and precision. At the same time, I have noticed various discrepancies with regard to the feedback received among the different stakeholders. Also, there is an absence of a concrete guideline about what precisely is expected from the written assignments, which are subject to personal interpretation. Furthermore, various mentors (as they have acknowledged) lack specific knowledge into the corporate coaching. Subsequently, they are unable to respond to queries related to organizational and group coaching in the corporate world. Another remark that has been made during the Accelerator Events also from other participants of this programme is that the manuals/reading material lack important information and they are not aligned with the content that is presented during those Live Events. All in all, what is highly recommended is to adopt a more individualized approach towards the actual needs of this programme's participants, taking into consideration that some of them possess already a high level of skills, expertise and knowledge. Thus, their expectations are on a different level, especially when it comes to executive coaching !

Jul 22,2024The Coaching Academy offers the most comprehensive package for potential coaches. The one day course I have recently taken part in was a very useful tool. It gave me the opportunity to mix with a small group of students to discuss the practicalities of starting a coaching business. We were all coming from different backgrounds and it was very useful to hear their thoughts on the topics covered. Sometimes things would come up that I hadn't considered before. And the whole day was skillfully led by an Academy coach who guided us through process and gave his own invaluable advice at times, stemming from his own business experiences.
