There is always and opportunity to refresh and update skills with new CPD courses coming online regularly. The monthly coaching conversations on a variety of topics are particularly valuable and open to trainee coaches and those with years of experience

I would also find it valuable to have a template of a typical wellbeing workshop if possible. It was a valuable session overall!

Apr 07,2025The class was well structured, interleaving the theory aspect of the course with hands on coaching practicals which leaned not only on the models of coaching but also the competencies. The facilitator, Kiki was superb with the manner she brought enthusiasm into the training and her knowledge and experience were quite visible in the ways she attended to questions. 6 hours flew like a flash.

Apr 07,2025This was my first module, I thought the structure was really good, interactive activities positioned at the right times. The coach was very clear and added value with her own experiences. I did think the sessions flowed very quickly though and it was hard to follow with the handout as we didn't have all the slides from the presentation. So in places I did get a bit lost, then realised it was a slide I didn't have.

Apr 28,2025I was able to absorb the information discussed at a positive pace, therefore I gained a lot of knowledge and understanding of the topic. The breakout rooms were useful to discuss the module content and to identify potential coaches for reciprocal coaching, comparing notes and generally helping me to feel I'm not alone in my coaching development.
