Jan 12,2025This perticular jewellery in November last year they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks ok I said so time went by Christmas came and shortly after the jewellery arrived it was absolutely stunning and gorgeous it was definitely worth the wait I think it was the most beautiful jewelleryi have ever seen it took my breath away

Jan 12,2025The ring was amazing and when it didn’t quite fit and new ring was produced to the same standard at the same cost. The online chat works well - use this for real time updates and to resolve queries as the email service is slow and the information is sometimes out of date. The telephone number also doesn’t work. DPD delivery works so well.

Jan 11,2025Very disappointed with the jewellery. It was nowhere near as nice as shown in the website photos. The delivery service was also disappointing, even bearing in mind the bank holiday on 1 January. I received a less than helpful response when I queried the delivery timeframe with their sales department. I have returned the items and am currently waiting for my refund. And I didn’t get a free tote bag offered “whilst stocks last” - I notice on the reviews that 2 days ago someone was sent a free tote bag so it looks like they had stock when my order was processed on 31 December.
