Jan 09,2025Ring was delivered in good time. Service good, but far too much unnecessary packaging. I was disappointed with the ring although it was a good fit, it was very thin gold, and I felt it was not very good value for money. I don't expect it to last long.

Wife happy with new item. Great service. Communication was great. No problems what so ever with the service and will return to this company for future items. Thanks.

Jan 09,2025Absolutely great experience with this shop. Brought three things from their store over Christmas and all of the items are affordable even compared to other diamond lab stores and their customer service is beyond incredible. They reply within an hour or so and sort your issues out. They’re super helpful. The items themselves are packed beautifully for show and if giving as a gift there is no need for further packaging. Delivery also super safe with DPD having to have a code they send you within one hour of your time slot. It’s all very good and I would highly recommend this company. My only issue is the lack of diamond certificates given with products that aren’t over 0.25 carats individually or 18k gold. I think this should be revised

Jan 09,2025I paid via PayPal and have proof of what's been said and been paid to yourselves and date ring should have been delivered, no one got back to me after complaining, but have received mail saying ring will be with me Saturday coming i just hope this is so.

Jan 09,2025Terrible company, terrible communication. I brought my partner an expensive necklace for Christmas. Within 24 hours the chain snapped and due to being out on a walk , the pendant has been lost as she felt the chain fall, but no pendant in sight. They are willing to replace the ‘£15 chain for free’ . But nothing on the pendant due to it being lost. Lost because of YOUR faulty chain. Terrible to get replies. No phone number, avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a ring which was not delivered, have been promised numerous times on the chat and over email that the ring is being dispatched that day and yet it still has not been sent out. Was assured by Ryan that he personally had looked at the issue and was going to follow it up but it was another lot of lies and incorrect information. Scammers

Jan 08,2025First time ordering from the Diamond Company. I ordered an emerald and diamond necklace, the pendant was exactly as described. My only disappointment was with the flimsy chain that it came with, I will not use it as I would be afraid that it would break and the pendant itself was quite expensive. The communication in delivery was very good, telling me who would be delivering and when and I was given a number to quote to the delivery driver. My necklace was also well packaged.
