Jan 16,2025After reading some dubious reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to order my partner’s engagement ring from The Diamond Store. I had been let down by a high-street jeweller who took my money and then informed me a week later the ring was out-of-stock, so I really didn’t want a repeat scenario. How wrong I was! Ordered on a Thursday evening and had arrived on Saturday at midday. I also asked the customer support around sizing and opted to go slightly larger, which was perfect as well. I would always recommend contacting CS first to make sure the right size is in stock - as it may require longer if they are making to order. Overall very impressed with the quality and additional certifications received as proof of legitimacy too. Would definitely recommend!

Jan 16,2025Purchased a full set of lab created ruby jewelry. Absolutely nothing like the images provided. Facets and colour is completely different from website. Images show ruby to have great translucence but the ones I got are very cloudy/solid colour. Facets should be pear+cushion or similar but instead got some basic gems. I knew the price was too good to be true even for lab grown rubies... avoid Edit to reply: I've returned the items for full refund, no way I was going to keep missold items.
