Product not received, no delivery attempted and yet would not give me a full refund Very slow to despatch, then told the courier would send me tracking details and I would receive the item within 7 days. When there was no sign of the item (and no tracking details had been received) I contacted The Electronics Warehouse who were very slow to respond. They did eventually send me tracking details which said that an attempt had been made to deliver on 24/11 but the parcel was refused (well I was out all day - so certainly didn’t refuse the parcel and also no calling card was left). On 27/11 the item was shown as out for delivery and then returned to the depot due to ‘insufficient address’ and then it sat at the depot for a further week. I can only assume that The Electronics Warehouse had not labelled it correctly, despite the fact the invoice showed my full and correct address, otherwise Parcelforce would have delivered it to me as they have done with many other parcels. This item was meant as a present as I knew it would now not arrive on time, I had to order it from somewhere else at enhanced cost with expedited postage. I emailed The Electronics Warehouse to advise I was cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. However they retained £10 as a ‘changed mind’ fee. Well I only ‘charged my mind’ as there was no way for me to receive the item at all. It seems very unfair that I should lose out by £10 when no attempt was actually made to deliver this parcel to my address. The customer service is appalling and very slow to respond. I certainly will not be using them again and I cannot recommend them to anyone else

Not happy with delivery time, initially I got an email from parcel force saying its dispatched on the next day of ordering. After almost 5 days (weekend included) I chase up for an update and I was told it will be dispatched today. I feel If i didn't chase them up I will still be waiting for my soundbar speakers. Its expected to be delivered toady so let see...
ALL GOOD, GO FOR IT… really good service I received… I saw an item I was going to buy at the shops for a fraction of the price… I was hesitant.. I swayed both ways and eventually phoned up to see what was going on… really glad I did… they get stock from big companies that customers have opened and returned… I ordered a tv soundbar with subwoofer.. when I received it I could tell the box had been opened and the soundbar itself had been opened but the rest was totally untouched…my thoughts were someone has had that out realised it’s too big and sent it back… and I’m glad they did because I got it from them for a steal… Trust the ratings in the site, they say what condition the items are in… do it
I have bought the product and it hasn't delivered. I have called the Furdeco courier and cancelled since they haven't deliver the tv. Furdeco sent an email and confirmed it's been cancelled but The electronics warehouse ltd not refunding my money since they are saying they haven't received the product back. It's been almost three weeks and they are not doing anything but trying to steal my money. I have reported to police and bank. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Ordered a TV with them as considerably cheaper than everywhere else. Didn't read the reviews before purchase, and pleased I didn't, quite a few negative, but that wasn't my experience. TV arrived less than a week of order. Did ring to see progress and was told it was with the courier. Next day they made contact. Only think I would say, would be good if they could give an estimate on their site re delivery, or offer the option to pay for delivery to get quicker. We were fine was urgent, but might be for others.

Ordered a qleg Samsung 50” tv . Marginally cheapest on the market . Delivery was very informative with half hour call from driver . Took a week from purchase but when you’re super saving on price this didn’t bother me . Would definitely use again
Made an order on Monday and received the order confirmation via email but I never received the delivery of the item. I called them three times. Each time they said they will look into it and get back to me but they never did. I called my bank and they said the payment is processed at my end but their merchant hasn’t accepted it. The seller never responded to my emails and calls to resolve the issue. They are now closed for the weekend and didn’t provide any update. Really disappointed with the level of service I received.
TV arrived damaged. Still awaiting repair!
They didn't have the part I needed for a 15 year old cooker, but gave me the part number and sent me in the right direction (to another company) to my email account. People just can't be bothered these days, or they try every trick in the book to get your money, so I thought that was great. Thanks again.
I bought a Samsung Q95a TV from Electronics Warehouse and it arrived with a screen blemish that was permanent. I called the guys up and just swapped it for another one which is perfect. Great price and good customer care. Nice one.
Purchased a large Samsung TV from the website. The price was great and I was aware this was graded stock but went for it anyway. There was an issue with the TV once I finally managed to get it setup and although this was a bit frustrating, getting in touch with their support was really easy and arranging time to diagnose and replace the TV was perfect. Although the product had an issue, the team worked hard to get it sorted. Would definitely purchase from again if the need arises. ~dh
They deserve the 5* review! When I needed to get in touch with the accounts to ask for a refund, but I was given a named member of staff who took control of everything! They were great! always kept in touch and sorted my request in a very prompt manor. I like the company as a whole due to their help and honesty Oh yes they do great deals on products as well ! :-)

Was looking to purchase a new flagship TV after being greatly disappointed by the Hisense U8G and I came across their website listing the qn90a for a steal of a price. Was very skeptical as the price was relatively low, but after speaking to a rep asking few questions, I was convinced. Purchased on Thursdsy 28/10/21 TV arrived in orginal package 2/11/21. Couldn't be any happier with my TV, like SERIOUSLY. Thank you guys, saved me a whole lot too😅😊

Dec 14,2023After ordering my new Samsung TV from this company a speedy response confirmation email was received, that the item had been dispatched and I would then receive an updated email re delivery from their delivery supplier Furdeco. Which was received the next day stating awaiting a date, this never actually changed so I phoned Furdeco 6 days later as not heard anything. After waiting 7 minutes on the phone I was just told it was in the planning stage and would receive an update when available. I then had to speak again to EW to change delivery and contact number and the person I dealt with was a very helpful chap called Geoff. I would have given 5 stars, but believe EW are being let down by their delivery company and need to possibly look at alternatives. Regards Eddie
