PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not worth trying to save a quid ordered a TV 3 week ago. Got a generic email to say it was with the Courier but 2 weeks later still not got the TV so I rang the Couriers who said they had NOT got it!! Long story short cancelled order and requested a refund and guess what still waiting for it. When I rang them they tell me the same thing ‘you will get it tomorrow’ well I suppose they do say ‘tomorrow never comes’ right... you have been warned AVOID

I ordered a television 6 days ago and am not getting any indication as to when this will be delivered ... just automated emails stating that it is with the couriers who will be in touch. Emails are not being replied to. I'm now an unhappy customer. Beginning to wonder if this will ever be delivered. Definitely won't be using this company again!
I purchased a TV from The Electronics Warehouse. I had a query with the model number shown on the website, as Samsung had a different number for that set (1 character mismatch). I called the company, spoke to a representative who kindly volunteered to go and physically check the box for me. He called me back after 15 minutes to confirm the error on their listing and that the correct model number was as on the Samsung site. I went back to the website, there were 2 showing in stock, made the purchase, received confirmation and I received notification from the couriers that they had been instructed to collect. 5 days after purchase I received an email to state that the couriers had been unable to collect as there had been an error in the listing and the set was not available. How could this be? The representative checked and told me it was physically there. The live stock said there were two in the warehouse. And 5 days after my confirmed purchase it doesn't exist? Total waste of time and effort. I have waited in vain for over 6 hours for a response to an email regarding this before posting this review. My advice would be to maybe spend a little extra and go with a company that actually cares about customer service
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S10 lite from them. When I received it, I realised I had bought a refurbished phone thinking it was a new phone. By the time I opened it and got in touch with them for returning it, it was almost a month which was way outwith their normal return period of 14 days. The guy I spoke to understood the situation and offered to find out what they could do about it. He phoned me the next day to accept the return for a full refund except, that I needed to pay for the postage which I felt was perfectly reasonable. I got my refund within 7 working days. I noticed that there are a lot of bad reviews about them on customer service front but I found them to be a lot more flexible even when compared to your bigger stores who do not budge if you've missed a returns deadline. I'd definitely recommend them, just make sure you read whether the product you are buying is new or refurbed.
Please stay away from this cowboy company, they will do everything possible to get out of fulfilling warranty claims. You think you have 12months, you don't. Section 75 in progress, if that doesn't work, court it is. I will get my money back. Bought a 55Q7FN through ebay, the TV arrived faulty. Victor was ok on the phone, sent a video of the fault and he accepted it was a panel issue and arranged a collection. Advised he had a 65Q9FN if I wanted to upgrade. Took that upgrade and paid the extra. Really happy with the purchase, TV came a bit marked but it was a graded product. Nothing to worry about. A month down the line the TV developed a fault with the backlight. Flashing intermittently until it had warmed up then would be ok the rest of the day. Spoke to Victor again. He arranged another collection. I now have no TV in the living room. A few weeks go by and heard nothing. Phone, to be told the TV is not on site yet. When the TV finally arrives and the "technicians" look at the TV they diagnose a loose connection within the panel. They have sorted the fault and the TV is on the way back. Two weeks later.....TV arrives, seems good and I reinstall the TV to my wall. A month or so later the fault reoccurred. I phoned the company hoping to speak to Victor. Victor is no more and I was dealing with Zak. Zak arranged collection and they now have my TV. The "technicians" have looked at the TV and a CHIP in the top glass is now causing the exact same issue as the original fault. Sounded a bit suspect, but Zak assured me he would look into the matter. Zak called today to state they would not offer repair/replace or refund due to this "chip" on the outer glass. I have looked at the photos, I can't even see a chip. Please read all reviews before even considering this company. If you do have issues they won't care. Will update as this progresses.
Bought a mobile phone. It arrived promptly, it seems to the specs. Very good and fast customer services when I contacted them for a VAT invoice. To note they could make more obvious that some products are refurbished.
I bought a Samsung QE55Q90R from the Electronics Wharehouse, order acknowledgement and further information on order progress were good. Their bespoke delivery system was floorless, the company contacted by email to confirm delivery date and time slot and again close to time. Tv arrived well boxed and in perfect condition condition with manual. Tv started up an went through self set up without problem, perfect picture on terrestrial aerial. I did have a problem in that I could not get the tv to connect to my Sky HD box, I emailed the Electronics Wharehouse and got a quick response, a few emails followed back and forward asking questions and making suggestions. But problem remained, I then had a phone call from one of their tech guys and he said it was the one cable that connects tv box and screen and that this were sending a new one, amazingly this arrived the next day, plugged in new cable and everything now perfect, Sky connecting perfectly I have seen a number of negative reviews, but my experience has been very good, I found the people very responsive and helpful, my problem quickly resolved and I now have a fantastic TV for a very good price
Total cowboys - TV arrived badly cracked and they are refusing to refund or respond to communications. Have been forced to try and recover money through credit card company.
Keep away Ordered 2 Samsung The Frame TV’s only one arrived, they forgot to send the second one, ending up sending driver 200 miles to pick the second one as installer was booked as I would not have received for another week, upon installation one TV failed to work, please note the warranty stickers are ripped out from the back of the TV and Samsung will not touch it, these TV’s are returned to base Warranty ie Seller another process and nightmare of removing TV from wall, packing and sending back to the supplier of the TV, in this case The Electronics Warehouse, After the TV was repaired they sent it back without the power supply, nightmare to get through the phone constantly engaged eventually when I got through the next day, was promised I would receive the next day 5 days on still nothing received, better to pay that bit extra and buy from a proper retailer where you receive proper service.
Purchased a TV FROM Electronics Warehouse. Its a great TV and a good price. The delivery firm were very friendly in person and over the phone. However it did take 3 days for the delivery company to answer the phone. Delivery was also very slow. It took over two weeks for the TV to arrive, I would happily have paid a few quid to get the TV delivered quicker.
I never took delivery. It was going to take more than 7 days so I cancelled the order. ‘25 DAYS IT TOOK FOR MY REFUND‘ ‘May take up to 7 days’ both in dispatch email and on website. This is important as after 7 days on the 24th July I could not take delivery as I would have commitments working away for a number of months. On the 22nd July I emailed the cowboy outfit GBA final mile asking if they will indeed deliver my TV within 7 days? No response at all. Couldn’t reach them on the phone. I then decided to email the electronics warehouse on Thursday the 23rd July Who stated GBA will not be delivering the TV the next day Friday 24th as they have to notify you the day before with a delivery slot and would not just “turn up” and i did not get a slot or any corespondents no replies to any emails so I knew this tv was not going to be delivered within the promised 7 days. Knowing this I emailed electronics warehouse on Friday morning Cancelled the order. This is when the panto really got going! Electronics warehouse called me Friday morning after a missed call I called them back.. ‘oh mr white GBA have been trying to make delivery? No one knocked on my door!?!?! I had no notifications I had missed calls with No caller I.D.???? Well can you ask them to come back it was only an hour I said? Oh no that’s it you missed delivery now lol? By this point I know he’s full of it. It’s 7 working days not 7 days. He said. Again must think I’m an idiot. Check the website people!! He even admitted the courier they use are not very good. He then said Look these guys only deliver in Scotland once a week!!! I can have the TV delivered on Monday!?!? Sorry I thought you said delivery guys arrived a few hours ago??? Even though you stated they won’t just ‘turn up’? By this point I just want my refund back in my bank ASAP. This company still have the TV and my money. I have had to get in touch with trading standards as this company is now refusing my refund until they get the TV back? A TV I never took delivery of after they broke the 7 day delivery promise. My guess is they are going to drag this out for as long as possible I’ll be back to update....have a case number with trading standards who sent me a PDF That I have forwarded on to electronics warehouse. Ask yourself people is all this hassle worth it? And after reading the response below? I don’t answer calls from withheld Caller ID!!!? This story about trying to deliver is completely fabricated.. I emailed and called GBA all week and then again 24 hrs before this supposed delivery. Absolutely no response at all. None!!!?!? No response to any of my emails. Really? I have an email from the electronics warehouse stating... ‘If you have not received any contact the day before delivery‘ Then GBA final mile will not just TURN UP. I really wish I could upload that email. (And for the record I did not receive a single email from GBA and they did not answer my calls) you really are cowboys. What a sad thing it is to call customers liars By making up this delivery story. It’s disgusting actually. I cancelled the order after you could not promise what it says on your website And you didn’t like it bottom line. 25 days to simply refund me. Absolutely the most unprofessional People I’ve ever had to deal with. They just stopped answering phone? Cowboys. Stay away from this mob.
