Jun 25,2024Commande passée le mardi après midi, et reçue le jeudi, vraiment top! Le tout bien emballé et protégé (ils ne lésinent pas sur le papier bulle). Le kit commandé (Rickenbacker gaucher) est superbe, les bois semblent de belle qualité, la table est massive (non non ce n'est pas du contre plaqué). Le manche est de belle facture. Les mécaniques semblent un peu cheap, nous verrons à l'usage pour un changement si besoin. Jusque là, je recommande!

Jun 22,2024Had problems with the wiring. Have built over 20 guitars so know what should be what. Problem with the wiring on this kit. Dutifully followed all instructions from their support person. Wiring is faulty. I should not have to go so far as to re-solder parts to correct problems. Now being ignored.

Jun 18,2024The website is honestly catastrophic. The design, the information. Examples: the payment info (bank transfer) is not sufficient for someone from another country. My card was declined for no apparent reason. I didn't really receive a lot of information about my package, I needed to track it myself (usually I will receive info that it is on its way and will be delivered on a certain date). However, your customer support is top notch. Really awesome people, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, super quick to answer with comprehensive updates. Love them, please give them my best :))

Jun 10,2024For the money, this kit is a great deal. The wooden parts were pretty good, and I had to do minimal work on them (I did have to work on the neck pocket and drill guide holes) to get the neck to fit well. The hardware is on par for a kit of this cost, so I did upgrade the tuners and bridge. Wiring was easy given everything was pre-wired; however, the connectors were difficult to thread through the body cavity holes. I had to use a guitar string to pull the connectors through the body. I actually like the sound of the pickups, and they are dead quiet to my surprise. Since the frets are small, I used heavy strings and set this guitar up for using a slide, so I'm pretty stoked to have such a killer looking guitar for such a great price.

Jun 07,2024EDIT: Customer support after writing this review has been very good. Make no mistake, this is a product in development, with the potential to be really good with clear instructions and good quality control. Seems to be a company willing to improve and appreciate feedback. Bought the Les Paul in Ash. Opened up the box and found that the neck pocket on body has been hacked away, so much so that the neck is practically at a 45 degree angle rather than straight. Tried to contact, no reply. Paid over £200 including delivery. Never write reviews but incredibly disappointed, quality control is not good at this company, guitar cannot be used, really looking forward to this first build, put me off designing truthfully.
