Feb 16,2024I received your wrap and I quickly noticed the wrap was very thin and came severely wrinkled. I proceeded to tear down my guitar and attempted to install your product and it was extremely Difficult to work with. I have recently installed an Inzane skin on a bass guitar nd it came out really good. Because of the bubbling, wrinkles, I ended up destroying the gloss finish of my PRS Custom 24 finish. I am really disappointed and all I’m asking is for a full refund and call it a day. I’m attaching the photos for your Review. I do have experience with wraps and I was very hesitant to install and now I’m sadly regretting it. Your Invoice #3000000561 for Order #3000000725

Feb 09,2024J'ai bien reçut mon kit Telecaster. Très belle impression global au déballage pas d'accro ni de choc car très bien emballé et protégé. après analyse des pièces , petit bémol sur le pickguard au niveau découpe.

Feb 08,2024I ordered a guitar kit on Saturday evening and it arrived by Wednesday morning, opened the kit and everything looks fine. So far 3-4 stars for that. The issue I have is with trying to get some help with my account. I created an account but have been unable to get into it to since I created it. The site recognises my email address but constantly says my account is temporarily disabled try later, I do, but same message. I have tried resetting password my number of times but I just get into some silly loop about needing a password, I try adding a new account with my email but I’m told it already exists. I have emailed their support for help a number of times but no reply. I tried calling but no answer. My concern is the lack of help if needed and after sales support. Also I wasn’t able to track my order online but fortunately DPD let me know when it would arrive. I had planned to get a couple of other kits if my first one turns out well but I think I will be going elsewhere to purchase them.

Jan 26,2024Kit and other bits and pieces arrived within the week. The quality of both body and neck were a lot better than I expected. The ash guitar body is very impressive and nice to work with. The instructions are clear but still give you opportunity to do further research by providing links to websites and YouTube. I’ve no idea how I will get on with the assembly and set up, or how it will sound, but I have high hopes given the quality of the wood. So far,so,good, and not expensive at all. Now finished. It looks great but more importantly it sounds brilliant. No need to change the pickups. The P90s are perfectly balanced and provide a nice range of sounds.

As I never pratice any wood working, I sent some questions to the website. the team sent me a lot on information and advise, considering my color target and the wood of my guitar. I am really satisfied with the result. The alcool dye colors are really easy to use, even a sunburst is made in a few hours.

Feb 17,2024I had a pleasant shopping experience on "The Guitar Fabric". Site with lots of information and fast shipping allowed me to have the guitar at home (in Italy) in a very short time. The workmanship of the kit is excellent, now I'm just waiting to assemble it and play it. The only suggestion, without any criticism, that I give to the shop is to provide the assembly information also in Italian, given that the site is entirely in Italian. An experience definitely worth repeating, there are a lot of interesting kits!
