One of the highlights was meeting amazing and friendly people from all over the world, which truly enhanced the whole experience. Sep 16,2024I've done an internship during summer in Hong Kong and it has been amazing. Hong Kong is such a vibrant and dynamic city, you will never get bored. Moreover, The Intern Group organises unique events that make you discover the city and its culture even more. Indeed, our experience coordinator has been very helpful and organised great activities around town.

Aug 20,2024My experience traveling to Bangkok for my first solo excursion abroad was incredibly fulfilling and comfortable. I was fortunate to be placed in a job where my skills were relevant and well-utilized. The accommodations provided were excellent, and I appreciated the funded excursions organized by TIG. While my overall experience was positive, there are areas where the organization could improve. It seems the company is somewhat understaffed, which may impact its ability to fully support the number of interns it manages. During the placement process, I narrowly secured an internship that aligned with my career interests within the available time frame. The initial job opportunities presented to me did not align well with my professional goals, and the placement process felt a bit rushed. That said, I understand the challenges the organization faces, particularly with coordinating across multiple time zones and working within tight schedules. Despite these difficulties, once I arrived on-site, the program did an excellent job ensuring I felt comfortable and supported in adapting to a new country. In conclusion, while there are some challenges in the placement process, the on-site experience is highly rewarding, and I appreciate the efforts made by TIG to facilitate a positive and enriching internship experience.

All over wonderful, but the best part were the people who guided me (Peach and Cara!) and the friends and connections made along the way! I did the Digital Nomad program and was able to travel and work in architecture at the same time. Having London as my home base was amazing and I want to thank Peach and Cara for being so amazing and welcoming too!

It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations and left a lasting impression on both my personal and professional life. One of the highlights of this internship was the cultural immersion. Living and working in Madrid allowed me to experience Spanish culture firsthand. I enjoyed participating in local traditions, exploring the vibrant city, and savoring the delicious cuisine. These experiences enriched my understanding of the local culture and made my stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the connections I made with locals, my team, and fellow interns were amazing. Working alongside a diverse group of people and interns from around the world broadened my perspective and helped improve my cross-cultural communication skills. The friendships and professional relationships I formed will be long lasting. Overall, my time at Bexpat-Spain was a great experience. Thank you, Bexpat-Spain, for this amazing opportunity!

Jul 26,2024The experience itself was amazing - Madrid is an incredible city, especially for younger people. First and foremost, the team at TIG is splendid. Extremely kind and supportive. As an intern, I felt like I barely took care of any logistics, as everything was taken care of for me, and any issues that I faced I was supported throughout. Big thank you to Lalita for all her help while I was here, when I needed anything. And also a big thank you to Nikte, event coordinator, who planned fun and unique events and was also there to listen if we needed any help. Truly enjoyed meeting both of them! Transport system is great and extremely cheap compared to other cities (8 euros for a month of bus/metro pass). So much culture, art, food, dance, etc. In a city like this you really have to immerse yourself to live the best experience. So if you are someone that loves culture and exploring, you will love Madrid. Everything is so close if you live in the center, max 15 minute walk to almost everything. Only feedback I would give to future interns is actually just a disclaimer - the summer here is very hot (but manageable, as it is dry warmth), and travelling outside of Madrid is at its peak in terms of how expensive it gets to travel in Europe! Again, I would highly recommend and will look back at this experience with a sense of gratitude, not only for the professional skills and insights I gained but also for the amazing time I had in Madrid, meeting great people, learning new things, and growing personally.

Jul 18,2024I loved my cross-cultural experience in London via the Intern Group. From the very beginning, they were proactive with information and had a very quick response time. Their continued emails helped me easily apply for my visa and become accustomed to the new environment. Most importantly the Intern Group team, specifically Peach and Cara, were great at getting myself and others out of our comfort zones to network and building long-lasting relationships. They were always so engaging whenever I would attend the group meet-ups. I rate my experience with the Intern Group a 10/10!!!

Jul 04,2024My experience with TIG was everything I could have hoped for. They offered great support and tips throughout the interview process and I was placed with an incredible company. My particular program was in Dublin, and the TIG Experience Coordinators were so friendly and welcoming. They regularly checked in with me to make sure everything was going well, and they were always available to answer questions or concerns. They had great suggestions for things to do in and around Dublin, and they even gave us a heads-up is there was something going on in the city (strike, issue with public transit systems, major weather concerns) that they thought we should be aware of. It was comforting to know that TIG was so organized, and it gave me the freedom to fully embrace the experience and focus on learning as much as I could.

Jun 29,2024I did an internship in London with Theatre Peckham and absolutely LOVED IT. My supervisor was amazing and I learned so much about theatre management and tech. The London team, Peach and Thomas, were super helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. Overall, great experience and I'd recommend it to everyone:)
