Apr 25,2024han solo hoth jacket-ordered w/o fur/polyester lining but jacket came with both. took forever to ship, messaged in progress when I asked, 3 weeks later and a negative review later I got a real response and tracking number, expedited shipping at least. negative review on site not posted so cannot post a pic. bought a different jacket from a different place for my event due to this ones delay. Still getting harassed about changing my review to 5 stars…it was not a 5 star experience, so not changing it stop calling and emailing me.

The company e- mailed before dispatch to confirm and ensure it was the correct size ordered - I'm so impressed they did as when I measured my son I needed a larger size so it saved a return process. They made sure everything was OK throughout - I cannot fault the service, quality and communication. My son loved the jacket btw 😊
