Sep 22,2021I’d give negative stars if I could! BUYERS BEWARE!! Total Scam. I ordered a jacket from here. When it arrived, I decided that I no longer wanted it, and put “return to sender” on the box. FedEx picked up the package from my condo and mailed back to the company — they had a reference number. At that point, as a consumer, I should no longer be involved. I contacted them over 20 separate times asking about a refund for the jacket. They kept telling me it was my fault they didn’t receive the return, and after contacting FexEx, FedEx told me they mailed it to them, had a reference number and if the seller didn’t receive it, to file a claim with FedEx. I relayed all of this to them. They didn’t care. They kept saying they were in the losing side of this because they didn’t have the jacket. I told them it wasn’t my problem and technically I was on the losing side because I had no jacket and no refund. After I told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau and inform others on social media not to make the same mistake, they offered me another jacket if I paid $30 shipping. It has been the biggest waste of time trying to logically rationalize with these people. I even called them out on their lack of customer service. They don’t care about you, just your money, and will never give it back. Nobody should be in business and treat their customers this way. Internet highway robbery. Crooks and theifs. Scam artists

Nov 23,2021The Leather City people have been great. I had a lot of questions about sizing, and they guided me through the process. They were prompt in their response, less then 24hrs, and always very helpful. I’m excited for my leather jacket, and I will definitely be shopping here again.
