Would have liked to have a name sticker for the jacket ('Johnny' from the Wild One) but they were not able to provide. Might try and source it elsewhere. Overall a pleasant customer experience.

May 29,2024Customer Service: Excellent. Contacted me about size chosen to ensure I'd chosen correctly and gave great advice based on information I gave. Jacket fits perfectly and is decent quality. Kept on top of delivery issues encountered, very fast responses and no shirking of responsibility. Refunded the express delivery charge without quibble when issues encountered with delivery. Delivery would have been fast had the courier company delivered as promised. I'd reconsider using that company. Overall my interaction with you guys has been great and I'd not hesitate in recommending to others.

I originally ordered the sleeves that came with it but decided the next day to cancel the order until I spoke with someone about the quality of the real leather sleeves I received a call the next day and we made arrangements to pay the difference without canceling the order. That’s customer service at its best. I’m very pleased with the quality of the jacket and sleeves
