We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

They were both extremely knowledge, patient and very friendly during our visit to the store. We are really grateful for their help as it was a big decision for us to make! We weren’t rushed at all and they took lots of time to talk us through all the options. They provided a fantastic in-store shopping experience and we look forward to receiving our sofa in the coming weeks! Highly recommend!

Feb 08,2025We ordered a beautiful loveseat in a burnt gold velvet but when it was delivered it was just sadly too big for our house. The Lounge Co arranged collection swiftly (for a small fee compared to the price of the seat) and refunded my deposit without any quibbling whatsoever. Great quality and great customer service.

Feb 06,2025A great show room in Islington offering interest free credit and practical discounts/ incentives. Free delivery and British made by a reputable manufacturer. Loads of colour and style options and good quality. The UK on a good day … what’s not to like ? Really pleased with the sofa which was delivered a week earlier than expected. Lovely colour, very comfortable and wonderful quality.

Jan 30,2025Really easy to order & quick delivery Quality of the fabric is good and colour is as hoped (samples easy to request prior to purchase) Comfortable & good looking This order was a footstool to match a previous order of three sofas. Unfortunately the furniture loses a star as the sofas we ordered previously smell of onions / garlic (which is apparently due to fire retardant in fabric) Have been advised by email that this will disperse over time. No smell from new foot stool so I’m hoping this won’t happen as time goes on . Smell of older furniture gets worse in the heat, so we will see. Legs are slightly different on the new footstool, from our older matching furniture (we chose the dark oak stain - the new legs have less wood ‘grain’ and are more solid brown) I’ve swapped the new front legs with some back legs from existing furniture so it all matches. (Back legs are against a wall) Over all happy but be aware of smell

Dec 20,2024I had a very particular set of circumstances which meant I had no living room furniture. I ordered sofas from The Lounge Co just within the 8 week suggested timeframe for delivery for Christmas. I spoke with customer services and explained my situation. They could not have been more helpful. My sofas arrived in good time for Christmas. The delivery guys were on time and very helpful. The sofas are simply beautiful. The cloth and colour are gorgeous and they are just so very well made. Thank you everyone at The Lounge Co for your kindness, help and expertise.

Dec 06,2024The company was recommended to me through a friend and I am so happy I actually went into the shop in Angel to have a look. The staff, Evrim and Paulina were so helpful. They took a lot of time helping me pick the right sofa and fabric. Made such a change to go into a shop and not buy online. They made me a cup of tea and went through all the details with me on my first visit. Not pushy in the slightest as it’s not based on commission. Giving you space to look around and being on hand when you have questions. I came back weeks later to buy the sofa and they remembered me and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend going in as you get loads of advice and a really friendly welcome!

And even the delivery company were so nice and friendly setting it up and taking away our sofa plus all the packaging. The sofa is perfect and so comfortable I have recommended to so many people!

The whole experience covered 6 weeks. The sofa was delivered within the timescale they gave us and the delivery company were here spot on time. This has been been the third sofa we have bought from you and the service by your staff has been brilliant each time. That's why you have had our custom each time. Best of all the sofa is absolutely brilliant. The colour is just what we wanted.
