Oct 17,2024The system is awful and never works properly. i manage a company and need to keep track on how each employee is progressing and i do not have this. it would be easier to have just one list of employees and when you click on them it shows you all the courses assigned to them and progress instead of drop downs for each course.

Suitable for those who have the basic knowledge and wish to improve their skills. Richard is professional, friendly and approachable. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making the learning experience both informative and enjoyable. The hands-on practice with CPR techniques and the use of AEDs gave me the confidence to act in an emergency. I feel empowered to help save lives if the situation arises. A must for everyone—thank you for this essential training!"

Oct 12,2024Disliked the robotic fake voice. It made the training very hard to listen to. In the end I turned the sound off and just read it. The 20 multiple choice questions at the end were so ridiculously easy it made a mockery of the fact that this was a level 3 training for people making decisions about safeguarding.
