Aug 26,2023Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company, possibly a bit unfair as I’m sure there are good advisors maybe I was just unlucky. I read countless good reviews and thought it would be an easier option to go with professionals. We were told the WRONG monthly repayment at the offset which encouraged us to take more borrowing as we could afford the repayment. We were then subject to TWO interest increases. Not his fault but he was aware it was happening and as we were very near the end of the process we could definitely have pushed through before it happened. The worst of it was that he accepted liability but never apologised. So instead of £384 per month as first quoted we are paying £528. I had to spend copious amounts of time researching as I didn’t trust his information. To be fair to the company I did get a large discount, I paid £195 instead of £495 but I am kicking myself for paying anything at all. Best advice is to read the reviews carefully and go with the best reviewed advisors. I wonder now if the other reviewers were paid off too. Personally I will never use this company again.

They were particularly reactive, available to help at anytime, very easily reachable and efficient, which made the process as stress-free as possible! They also gave me updates as often as possible when solicitors/agency would not always, and they chased them for updates on my behalf.
