Both my personal situation (as a contractor) and the property I am purchasing were complex and I was told by other brokers (including those who claim to specialise in complicated situations!) that I would not be able to get a mortgage. Adrian was incredible! He really took the time to explain the process to me, answer all of my questions and find the best deals available. Throughout the whole process communication from Adrian and Becca has been outstanding! They have always kept me informed and updated. Buying a property is stressful and they went to great lengths to take as much pain out of the process as possible. I really cannot recommend Adrian highly enough, especially to freelancers and contractors. Superb!

The funds did not take long to reach our bank after the initial consultation, and were able to use this to pay off some existing debt from house renovations. I would highly recommend Richard and his team and will be definitely be using them again in the future.
