Great chairs. Very good price compared to new. Humanscale. I was sceptical based on reviews, but paid on credit card and thought worth a punt. They did take longer than 10 working days to arrive, but customer service replied to email promptly and delivered by courier on next day service with timed slot.
After correcting an initial delivery issue on the day of purchase. I waited 2 weeks, only to find it being shipped to the wrong address still. They don't answer calls and I have had to chase constantly for the issue to be resolved. Not waiting anymore, getting a refund and will source from a more reliable company.
I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a chair they say will be shipped within 5-10 days. I’ve chased three times and been assured it’s “being shipped by the end of the week” which never happens. They’ve never contacted me first to explain there is a delay. Terrible comms, have requested a refund.
Terrible experience all around and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The chair I ordered was supposed to arrive 5-10 working days after my purchase. After 12 days and no communication on their part, I reached out only to be faced with very slow and unhelpful replies by their customer service on the shopify app. I asked to cancel the order unless they could guarantee a delivery by a certain date (almost a month after order). After days and several slow exchanges, they finally managed to send me the chair and to add insult to injury, they sent me an item that is visibly damaged. The back support belt is clearly disconnected, something that is blatant even upon a distracted inspection. So much for refurbished! I am absolutely livid, I spent a month of time after these people for no reason whatsoever. Save yourself from a similar experience. This is either a fraudulent or completely ineffective operation and they do not deserve your money or to be in business.
The chair is good, but the delivery is disappointing. The company has a date promise on its website. Unfortunately, I have had to wait 1 month for a chair! It's too long.
Chair is great, just a real shame I spent so much time researching which size to buy and accidently brought a size A not a B! It shows hardly any signs of wear previously. Very pleased
I placed my order on 5th November, excited to receive my chair. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it today after weeks of being misled about when it would ship. Every time I reached out, I got a different excuse, and it became clear that the company wasn’t being honest about the delays. Customer support was polite and responsive, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of transparency. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order from this company again.
Great quality chairs at a good price only knocked a star off as delivery took longer than it should have but would highly recommend if you are not in an immediate rush.
Good product - a bit late on delivery albeit mostly down to FedEx, hence the dropping of one star but my expectations were well handled and comms good from Rebecca - very happy with the chair
I made a purchase for a refurbished Knoll Office Chair - Generation. We absolutely love this one, so much that we ordered another one straight away. I think they make them up with the correct colour seat cushion for each new order, it took 15 days for the order to ship which was fine for me. We loved the fact that it is a refurbished chair, much much cheaper than a new one too. It looks brand new where it counts. I can highly recommend.
Ordered 6th October, delivery to Belfast happened on 11th November. I received no updates or delivery information in this period, so reached out to customer service who were helpful in explaining they had backlog but couldn't expedite delivery.

We purchased a knoll desk for our son. There was a delay in receiving and a couple of issues with damage during transportation. However, we had very good support from Rebecca in Customer Services and all of the issues were rectified and we love the desk! They are a small company and think each item is refurbished to order...this should be made clearer on their website. We would use again!
Wrong size item sent. I gave the specific size. Then no response from customer service. Item good quality, quick delivery but wrong item and still no response
Don't buy from them. Ordered chair 18 days ago. Didn't arrive. Emails to customer services bouncing back and no-one answering their phone. Presumably they have gone out of business.
Incredibly disappointed. On receipt of the desk I found it was not the one pictured, it was not the brand advertised and was not even to a similar specification. I assumed this was an error however when I contacted them I was advised that 'what they had sent was what they had received' and arranged collection and full refund. This desk is still on the website (over 2 weeks later) advertised as a Workstories Desk with 25mm top despite the fact they know this is not what they have. Please think twice before purchasing from this company.
Purchase 5 office chairs that were lovely and very comfortable however we found them a little too heavy for us so had to return. But the return process was so easy and the refund was processed within a few days. Amazing service nothing is too much trouble

Dec 27,2024The chair arrived in reasonable time. I have use it for a eew days and it feels very comfortable and also ergonomic. I believe that I will be very happy with my purchase for a long time. I could not afford a new one so I am happy to have bad the opportunity to Buy a reconditioned one. In and case. it looks Avery much like a new one. My only concern way that The Office Crowd do not appear to answer their telephone number, but rely on typed messages for communications with their clients.
