Oct 14,2024Delivery was quicker than advertised - around 4 days rather than the 5-10. The Herman Miller Aeron I bought has failed after only two months. These chairs are designed to last a lifetime, so that is disappointing. The chair is stuck in a reclined position, and the hydraulic lift mechanism is stuck bottomed out, so does not lift the chair up. Hopefully The Office Crowd can rectify this situation, but as of now I am deeply unhappy with the product I have recieved.

Oct 08,2024I have a used desk that would have cost £600 new, for £90 including delivery. No trees were cut down and a perfectly good desk has not gone to landfill. Excellent. I had to wait 2 weeks for my order, but I my opinion, this is fair trade off for the price and the sustainability of service. I will buy from The Office Crowd again for sure!

Oct 07,2024My 20 years old Herman Miller chair needed new castors, as these were worn out. So I ordered a new set of castors of the same brand, but these castors did not fit. Rebecca was very helpful with some advice on where to possibly find it. She also refunded my money promptly. Very nice!

This place is great and it does wonders with its refurbs I swear, you wouldn't think it was because the work done on it was first class. Will definitely be using these guys again. Jul 29,2024Service times etc all as predicted. I was wary ro buy a chair unseen, but price very attractive and chair that I received is nearly as good as I hoped for. This would have been 5star review but for: 1) a loose screw in box proving to be from the seat base squab (easily remedied); 2) base of chair loosely packed on top of seat causing deep impression in seat squab leather; 3) uncertain quality/longevity of seat squab upholstery as padding does not recover 100%, but I don't know how a new equivalent chair performs!

I found your site via e-Bay as I was going to buy a brand new Humanscale chair and nearly fainted at the price so, thought of looking at second hand models and the fact that you fully refurbish and recycle was the icing on the cake.
