Oct 13,2023I ordered an RH Logic 400 valued at 1200 pounds new and in this store 300 pounds reconditioned, to my surprise they sent me the chair in a completely broken box where the backrest disappeared or they did not send it to me and the chair arrived scratched on the armrests

Oct 03,2023Great comms, fast delivery… dropping a star because the foam in the Aeron chair seat was obviously not refurb foam. It looked utterly knackered. The wheels needed replacing too. Fortunately the cylinder and other parts are holding up in a way that feels reasonable for the price. I have been to Aeron spares on eBay to get parts.

Sep 14,2023Purchased a refurbished Steelcase, Leap V2. The price was good, the chair was clean and in good condition with no functional issues. The refurbished/replaced fabric is great too. Delivery took about a week from order. No complaints at all.

Sep 14,2023Purchased a Steelcase Leap chair. Price was good, and the chair was clean and in generally good condition. However, delivery was not trackable & no idea who it was by - it was just lucky I was in when the guy turned up. Presumably owing to wear in the base, the gas lift was so low that it dragged on the floor when I sat on the chair and as a result the seat was too low. Daunted by the idea of returning the chair, I have fixed it myself by shimming. Overall, considerable room for improvement.

Aug 18,2023I've just received my Humanscale Freedom with Headrest chair, which was refurbished with a wonderful blue (my choice!), seemingly very robust fabric. The refurbishment is seamless and if there was work done, it is completely professional and invisible. All moving parts move smoothly and even the black paint of the chair looks untouched. It was packaged nicely and delivered by DX. The price was unbeatable: 369,- (new would be easily around 900,-). My order was placed on Wednesday 16th August, delivery happened today, 18th August. IN SHORT: Really great refurbishment quality, great telephone support and swift delivery. Great price.

Jun 22,2023Great products and price, no doubt about that, but do read the small print about delivery before ordering. I ordered a desk and chair on 10 May and it was finally delivered on 12 June, one month later. But they are worth the wait. The condition is better than I thought.
