The stated lead time of 8 weeks suddenly became 2! Prompt delivery at stated time, by a helpful driver. The mirror was in immaculate condition and looks great. Jan 25,2024Easy to order. Well packed. But the delivery company you use is appalling. Waited all day...4.15 says your next delivery...saw van drive psst house!! Then said unable to deliver will try tomorrow!!! Next day same thing happened at 4pm... so rang delivery company and complained about previous day and that day....suddenly it got delivered 15 minutes later.. think you need to rethink who delivers your goods!!!

The service was brilliant, and the lovely lady on the phone was so understanding and helpful. The mirror arrived 2 days later.. is in perfect condition. Thank you
