Jan 15,2024Although our mirror arrived smashed, the customer service was second to none. Easy to find a phone number (unusual!) and the call was answered very quickly. I spoke to Taner who was polite & very apologetic. I was asked to send a couple of photos and within a minute of doing this it was confirmed a new one would be sent out which we received the following day and the original was collected at the same time. Couldn’t have asked for more- thank you!

Jan 01,2024I am very impressed with the quality of the over mantle mirror I bought from the Online Mirror Shop, especially for the price, which included delivery. It arrived well packaged and protected, and quite quickly. It is a perfect fit for the space above my fireplace. My only slight 'niggle' was that the 'L' hooks needed for mounting it were not included. This meant hanging the mirror was delayed until I was able to purchase them separately. However this in no way detracts from how pleased I am with this mirror 😀
