Wanting a large size mirror, the 'simplistic bevelled edge' mirror was the perfect choice, being of high quality, at a much lower price and larger size that I could find elsewhere. Along with free delivery within 48 hours, it represented excellent value for money.

Great quality mirror! When I made the purchase, the item was on pre order. The comms from the company were great - updates on estimated delivery time, then another email with a precise date. I also had them call me the day before to check in. When the item was delivered I was on a company meeting and the guy delivering the item was extremely understanding, he helped me open the box to make sure everything was okay and that the mirror was in perfect condition. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your amazing service!

Ordered the black liberty overmantle mirror. It arrived well packaged and quickly. When I opened it was exactly as per the photos. However, the join on the mirror is disappointing (hence the low score). I appreciate there has to be one however it is poorly done and easy to see. I did escalate and was told the mirror had passed all the quality checks. I was also told the join is visible on the photos (it isn't). The only other option was to return. I have decided to keep as I like it however, I'm not sure I would buy anything else from here.

I ordered a round bevelled edge mirror and I was very impressed by the speed at which it arrived. Unfortunately the mirror was faulty so I contacted the company and sent pictures of the problem. I spoke to Tamer at the online mirror shop and she was so helpful. A replacement was sent immediately and I literally had it by the next day, and they collected the original. All good, I was very impressed with the service so all in all a good experience.
