The company picked up and delivered when they said they would and constantly gave updates on delivery. The person delivering was very helpful and polite.

I recently purchased an ornate mirror having read lots of positive reviews. The mirror I received is rough, touched up and chipped. When I reported this I was given a £30 refund and a tiny pot of paint. I couldn't return as I didn't have all the original packaging. Very disappointed.

We had been looking for a mirror for some time, wanted something different and found it on the Online Mirror Shop, it's beautiful and looks fantastic on our mantel. Want something different, go onto this site, it won't disappoint, lots to chose from and the price was brilliant! Good quality mirrors is what you get.

Order was processed quickly but delivery firm was slow and when they attempted delivery a week later , the morror was broken. A replacement was sent and arrived 5 days later in good order. Standard of craftsmanship was not very good and reverse of mirror was left rough and unfinished.So review was not very encouraging with a disappointing experience overall.

I was pleased with the mirror - it seems sturdy and was good value. I was impressed by the service and delivery - I was kept informed at every step, the delivery was prompt and the couriers courteous.

The mirror wobbles and it’s really cheap. It looks great in a room but I fear for the safety, especially as I have a dog. I would have expected the back to be reinforced rather than having a thin mirror with a thin metal frame. The returns and damage policy is lacking, seven days/ 14 days isn’t enough for the value of the product. I also noticed that the shop has not set up for google reviews which is concerning. Won’t be shopping here again, I wasted £150!

My first mirror that was delivered was broken. Rang online mirror and the girl was very apologetic and made arrangements for the broken mirror to be picked up and a replacement mirror.

Great delivery and communication, thank you. As the mirrors are relatively cheap, you get what you pay for, so the quality isn't the best, with basic paint brushing for the antiqued look and a couple of minor defects. But from a distance, they look great and that's the main thing.
