Jul 19,2023I love the mirror and I have shown it on my Facebook page. However, The base is warped on the bottom so doesn't lie flat on the mantle, but the thought of exchanging it was too much trouble.

I contacted customer services and was given two options - have a new mirror or keep mirror and they would send some paint to touch up damage and offered £25 refund. I took the second option - have received the paint but still awaiting refund. Have received a message advising refund will be with me in next few days - would like to re-iterate that the service I have received from company has been fantastic.
