May 18,2023My could not be happier with both my mirror and the customer service. I was notified the day before about the delivery and had to option to reject if this was not suitable. Then the next day was given a convenient time slot so that I did not have to wait at home all day. The mirror was checked for breakage before the courier left. I managed to loose the screws for the mirror and Tamer kindly sent me replacements. Great product and service!

May 13,2023I wrote a review about a mirror I purchased from the mirror shop but shod of contacted them first. They contacted me and showed me what great customer service looks like. As they couldn’t quickly resolve my issue they let me keep the mirror and gave me a FULL refund ! Now I would challenge anyone to show any company that goes better for their customers. I will go back to them and I do recommend them. Thank you for your great service and making me realise there is still some great companies out there.
