Feb 07,2020After spending 4 hours in Nottingham today and 2 mobile phone shop experts failing to fix the issue over several hours; I was astounded when Kim at PhoneShop UK 517 Woodborough Road, Mapperley Nottingham NG3 5FR just fixed it. I had taken another phone to get it unlocked and he offered to have a look, fixing it straight away (15 minutes). Apart from being totally overwhelmed with his service, absolutely everything about my experience with Kim at The Phone jShop was OUTSTANDING.
