Highly recommended, staff is friendly and helpful. They fixed my glass phone in 3 days and, on top of that, they changed the battery for free. Thank you :-)

Great service. Unplanned visit to fix a broken screen. Left my phone and 2 hours later was as good as new with a 3 month warranty. Recommended.

I’ve used this shop for two repairs now (iphone 6 battery and screen) both times the repairs were completed within an hour and I’ve had no problems with the phone since. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time someone in my family breaks their phone.

Took my iphone 5C in as was completely dead. The member of staff was very helpful and told me it was probably the LCD screen or battery. I left it with them. Within a few hours had a call to say all done. When they handed back the phone I said how much do I owe you and they said no charge. They took the phone apart and found some loose parts which they sorted. Brilliant service, 100% recommend.

Wow. Phone wizard's I used the Stokes Croft shop. James was knowledgable, and very professional in his service, attention to detail and the turnaround was very fast. I thought the phone destroyed. Amazing. And very good value. Absolutely saved the day. On this experience. Highly Recommended

The shop assistant was just superb , nothing was too much trouble, she gave me outstanding advice and helped me to realise that my broken phone wasn't broken after all and just needed charging up ! Can't recommend the shop highly enough . I will definitely be using this shop again . So generous and so knowledgeable . Many thanks indeed . Much aporeciated . Barbara

Have been using TPS for years. There commitment to customer service in my opinion would be hard to beat. I would always recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their phone.
