Jan 16,2025Had one meeting, they said it would be two business days to get my trademark processed. They sent over a retainer agreement and a request for payment. I paid and never heard back from anyone. I sent an email to Christopher a couple days after the deadline and didn't receive a response to that either. Update: I was forced to call them on the phone. My trademark was taking longer than expected and no one wanted to communicate that with me without prompting.

Jun 25,2024Complete Fraud. Sure....they filed the trademark application, but only after making me do my own research. So I submit my findings and low and behold.....my application gets denied because of one of my findings. Called them multiple times to follow up with their "Application Guarantee"...I hadn't been called back. Eventually, I called to ask for my refund, minus filing fees (as promised by their "Guarantee") Obviously, they didn't call me again. This law office is an absolute scam and should be avoided at all costs. If it worked for you, it's only because you had a patent or trademark that was seamless and required NO WORK to push through. Unless you want to be taken for $1500, I would keep looking if I were you.

Mar 09,2024Guided me through the process, and we ultimately succeeded in securing the software patent. Prior to Rapacke I had tried 3 recommendations of an IP attorney colleague outside software; 1 had conflict of interest, 1 could not send me relevant patents that had secured, 1 did not respond. Andrew was prompt in responses and reasonable in meeting my needs. I was taking a risk that few should take to self-fund a patent. It took us a long time, but I think experience with Rapacke is that they are ok with longer term engagements / view the relationship itself as an investment.
