Jul 02,2021People at therapy are lovely to deal with and really quick to respond! Shoes were sent out ASAP considering COVID restrictions and public holidays etc. however, shoes took forever to arrive at no fault to therapy shoes (NZpost messed up!) finally got them, a couple scratches on the upper of the boots but otherwise happy with them!

Jun 28,2021I ordered the Kaia boots in bone and they are huge! I typically wear a 9 or 10 in shoes but opted for the 9 so they were snug. They arrived and there is so much room not only in the front of the shoe but also throughout the width. They are beautiful shoes and the delivery was good, but the sizing is off.

Jun 20,2021I love the shoes and delivery time was quick; however, Therapy sused an inferior delivery company to deliver the shoes. I always have difficulties with any of the Pop-Up deliveries I get and often either do not receive my parcel or get it much later because of mix ups. I know this is not the fault of Therapy, but I think it would benefit their brand to use Australia Post only because it is a lot more reliable.
