Apr 29,2021Ordering was nice and easy. Unfortunately the size did not fit. I chose the size I normally am but it didn’t fit. I’ve had to send the boots back in order to exchange for a larger size. Hoping the new size would fit better!

Apr 27,2021These boots are absolutely beautiful. Shipping was very quick, I received my item 2 days after ordering, which was amazing. The boots are gorgeous and fit me well. However, the boots don’t have stretch, so if your calves are on the bigger side, maybe a 10-12 up they may not fit.

Apr 22,2021I personally have 4 to 5 pairs of Therapy shoes and I still pull them out from time to time. I believe in you get what you pay for. You're able to get a pair of sandles priced at around $40-$90, don't be expecting for Gucci shoes! For me, as long as the shoes looks good on and I didn't have to spend a fortune on them, then that's a good deal!

Apr 21,2021The design of the boot that I purchased is nice but the material is In fabric that very surely on a rainy day or being close to water would quickly and easily not be made of suede as it seemed in the photo.

Apr 21,2021Was hoping the quality was just as lovely as you see posted on therapyshoes social media sites. I bought 2 pairs of differing design boots and they are ok. Not as stylish and good quality as I imagined and the sizing isn’t true to size. It’s on the small size. Overall the pricing was very good so no complaints there, but there is a way to go on the quality between genuine leather and faux leather. I won’t be purchasing this brand again.

May 19,2021Be very careful I purchased a pair of boots , I have purchased foot wear online all the time and never had a problem size 8 always fits , well you could hardly get your feet in them my friend is also an 8 and couldn't get them on .Having to swap wouldn't have been to big a deal except the cost is yours to ship back even if you believe there size isn't correct .And the price to return is ridiculous so unfortunately I'm left with boots I can't wear and out of pocket .I will not purchase from here again especially with there returns policy 😡 , there is know where that suggests to size up and every other retailer the iconic, ASOS and many others have always supplied a free return slip in my purchase thanks.Well if your in NZ don't take the risk $57 to return is the cheapest track I could find not worth it.
