Jun 13,2021The staff especially Liv and Megan from customer service were amazing. There is nothing therapy could’ve done any better. The Threadboe in “bone” is simply quality and trendy, however I wouldn’t say it runs small like the website says I think it’s accurate sizing!! I had some issues with the shipping company saying delivered but because it’s a franchisee the actual driver hadn’t actually delivered it. I received it the next morning. Liv and Megan were so kind though and they even put my size aside in case it had been delivered wrong because I was worried about my shoes selling out, they went above and beyond. I have bought with therapy before and I have loved every purchase and they’re super affordable. Cotton on shoes are the same price for similar style items like boots, heels etc. and they are not even in the same ballpark quality wise as therapy. The quality is seriously amazing when you’re going with therapy. The only thing I think therapy could do is offer some more payment plan options other than after pay. My criticism isn’t with therapy it’s with the shipping company.

May 29,2021Let me first say, customer service was great. 5 stars. I give it overall a 3 star because of the boots. Yes the shoes are cute. BUT. If you have wider feet, you will have to size up. They’re definitely made for a more narrow foot. So if you’re a size 10 like me, you’re out of luck. Plus if you have muscular calves, the shoes will most likely not fit around your ankle/calve comfortably. Also, in my personal opinion, the feel of them is not worth the price. I did not wear them out and about as I returned them due to fit issue, but for the price you could find something that feels more substantial. I felt like a slight scuff would have taken off the fake leather. But again, that’s just my opinion as I didn’t wear them out. Also the return policy doesn’t let you return them if you’ve been out in them. Just so you know. If you have slender legs and a more narrow foot, I think you’d enjoy the boots. But if you don’t fit those parameters, better to look somewhere else.
