Jul 14,2024I went onto your website and placed an order. I scrolled down to 10m2 for the 200w ufh mat and selected that. I ordered 16 insulated boards And then a Thermostat. My order has gone through as 1m2 and 15 boards. I emailed about the mat and you've read the email but not replied. I need a 10m2 mat and 1 more board, please.
