Had they done so I might not have wasted the money I wasted on my recent purchase of a Fossil smartwatch - which is horrendously inaccurate for any kind of fitness tracking, something which of course you dont find out until after you have worn the watch at which point because its been worn it cannot be returned. User feedback is key to allowing customers to pick a product to suit them. This is the last time I will use The Watch Hut.

Feb 05,2023Bought a gorgeous Tissot watch from The Watch Hut for my mum for Christmas. Unfortunately, due to her poor eyesight, she wasn't able to read the numbers as the numbers were the same colour as the face. I returned the watch and was told they would neither exchange or refund because the watch was badly scratched! It had been tried on for all of three minutes! We had adjusted the bracelet to fit her wrist, that was it and there were certainly no scratches visible to us. I asked them to send me a photograph of the scratches and to escalate my concern to the complaints dept. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing despite chasing up...At the time of writing Watch Hut has my money AND the watch. I have disputed this with my credit card and hope to get some redress via this route. I only wanted to exchange the watch, I wasn't looking for a refund but I won't ever use this company again.

Feb 04,2023I found a Braun Digital Alarm Clock I wanted. I initially tried to get it at Argos (£20), but it was not available. I looked at Braun direct, that had it for £20. I then found it at 'The Watch Hut' for £17. Standard delivery was free and it arrived on the date advertised, just in time for my holiday. Thanks.
