Aug 24,2023The watch does not keep time. Can you advise? On the first 2 days of use it would be okay for circa 7 hours and then start to slow. Yesterday the watch stopped. I have been using the watch for 3 days but gave up yesterday. Can you either advise me as to what the issue might be? If a fault in the watch is the reason then let me know how to go about returning it to you and receiving a refund.

Jul 26,2023I bought a lacoste watch and it arrived in a tommy hilfiger box despite being described as coming in its original box. It was for a present and I don't have time to send it back so now I have to go and buy a random box which doesn't look as nice and looks like I'm giving second hand gift!!! Will not be buying from this company ever again.....

Sep 02,2023TWH00241584676 and TWH00241550119 Both watches are working okay, but the energy storage, is not as good as expected. Winding one 40 turns and wearing it for a week, it only lasted about 14/15 hours, before running down. Also of the package weighing about 700gm, only 40gm was watch. What shall I do with this heavy box? They do look good.
