Ordered the Tommy Hilfiger watch which is a high priced item as a gift was passed to evri which nearly a week later has been been delayed & is still not out for delivery so it’s impossible to review a product I still haven’t received yet

The watch seems fine but the watch case is damaged which indicates that the watch and packaging has been in a damp place.
Disgraceful customer service, my watch is now 2 weeks delayed with no updates from the shop, absolutely no acknowledgement or apologies from seller! Do not buy from watch hut!

Courier left package outside my flat door. Did not ring my bell. Made a formal complaint to the courier and they have apologised and accepted responsibility. I was advised to contact you directly to either get a replacement or refund. I have sent you an email with full details on what has happened. I have not had any full response from yourselves.

I made a slight mistake in my address, but that meant that it became an entirely new address and so the deliverer Evri keeps trying to send it to that wrong address. With Evri they say they only take instructions from you as regards changing address so its been really hard for me to contact them. Luckily your employee Jade has done her best to help me- so I want to say she's done a very good job, but it does not seem like she has good systems to work with at all. Evri are STILL trying to deliver my watch to the wrong address and Im just afraid someone is going to use the opportunity to steal it- and I just can't get over how theres no way to contact them to just tell them to stop trying and return it to you!! Its so frustrating- they need to improve and your relationship and expectations of them them need to improve. They also dont offer a place where you can go to pick it up! Now I just want the watch returned and my refund given.
