The watch hut was easy to order from and had a speedy delivery. Would definitely order from them again.

First they replied to me from "watch shop"customer service email and now from "the watch hut"! I ordered an automatic watch from them. When it arrived I noticed that it ran too fast, 10 minutes per every hour. Therefore, I sent the watch back to them as faulty. At first they sent the email that they had not received the watch! When I sent them confirmation from royalmail they found it after a week, and told me to wait as they had to test it. After two weeks, in response to my email, they inform me that they had tested it and found no defects and that they could send it back to me. They do everything to not send you a refund! Now I am taking the case to court. This is my last purchase from watch shop /or the watch hut, never again!

The fault was mine. When I saw the watch "in hand - on the wrist" I just do not like it. Sadly I will not wear the watch. One star removed is because you used Evri as a courier. If I had known that your Company used Evri I would not have purchased the watch. I got it delivered to a drop off point because of past problems.

Bought a v expensive watch from here, it broke within two months. They repaired it, it broke again six months later. Customer service pretty unapologetic

It hasn’t arrived, despite EVRI announcing that had it a week ago. It was on a 2 day delivery!

Delivered ahead of schedule, though the courier (rather disappointingly) left the package outside of my door. Love the watch too, but the complete lack of instructions was also disappointing. Neither of these issues were the fault of The Watch Hut, and I would definitely purchase from you again

Exceptionally poor customer service following the purchase of a swatch watch. I bought a swatch watch as a Christmas present for my Mum, which according to the website was suitable for someone with an allergy to metal. Turns out the watch isn't suitable as the metal battery is in contact with the skin. Unfortunately I bought the watch on 20.11.23, which was just before the Christmas returns came into effect (my fault as I didn't realise this) that said I do believe the watch doesn't meet the product description. I've emailed customer services, but now I'm not getting a response to emails. I've asked twice for the Complaints Policy and I've still not get it. I feel very strongly that the watch I bought does not fully meet the product description, so next step will be Trading Standards for advice.

So I decided for my dads 60th I’d buy him a watch, I stumbled across The Watch Hut online & read a couple of there trust pilot reviews. I placed the order & the watch arrived within 2 days but it wasn’t working so after going on a live chat with Georgia she said send it back and if it’s found that’s there’s an issue with the watch the delivery fee would be refunded. Well they received the watch back on Tuesday, I got a replacement on Wednesday (which works) I also sent across the receipt of postage on Wednesday & the refund was back in my account on Thursday 👌. The only thing I’d change if possible is being able to speak to the watch hut on the phone but live chat & email both worked & I always had a reply the same day Well done The Watch Hut id order from you again

Bought a watch brand new for father's birthday coming up. Arrived with a dud battery. Emailed company and have just ignored me ever since. Timpsons wanting £75 to put a new battery in. When paying good money for a swiss watch Tissot there shouldn't be any hidden fees after this. No offence to Tissot as it is the only brand watch I will wear apart from Casio. Have never had a problem with Tissot as all my tissots are automatic but any casios I have ever purchased battery has always been fine. Battery still going fine in a watch I purchased 8 years ago. So yeah if you have any problems with this company they will probably ignore you. Tissot is only an entry level swiss watch so if you are buying anything more expensive that is a quartz then god knows what kind of money you could be looking at to replace a battery. Absolutely abysmal service from this company avoid at all costs. First good birthday present I have bought my father and it's ruined by this company's incompetence. Fuming

The watch strap bar screw was broken, so the watch strap is not fixed to the watch. I've never worn the watch, so it is not wear and tear. Luckily I wanted to change the straps, otherwise I would not have noticed the problem and it would just have fallen off my wrist. Customer services refuses to help and denies any responsibility. Extremely poor service, do not buy.

Watch never arrived, no means of communication, now trying to get my money back. Not happy, obviously wouldn't attempt to purchase again, will recommend to friends to avoid.

I ordered a watch to arrive before Christmas. It has not been delivered. I had an email from the delivery company saying that there had been an issue and that they would be in touch. I heard nothing from the Watch Hut. I have been unable to find a telephone number to contact them so have sent an email, to which I have only had an automated reply. So I have no watch, no refund and no explanation.

My parcel hasn’t arrived in time for Xmas despite me paying for next day delivery the package has been damaged and I haven’t received a new one and nobody has got back to me at all can someone tell me what’s happening as I’ve paid over £200
