Feb 04,2025Nothing wonderful about it They basically advertised a wig on their site that wasn't even available! I said I would wait only to be told a week later the wig was discontinued ! But yet have taken my money. So 2 weeks have past from my ordering the wig until now today getting an email saying the wig I paid for which they are advertising on their site has been discontinued. They have processed the refund quickly however which I'm grateful for Though it's just wasted alot of my time.

Jan 24,2025Highly recommend this company. I don't live in the area so had to rely on telephone/facetime call. The lady I spoke to was really helpful, and customer support was great throughout.

Nov 22,2024I came to this salon for advice when having treatment The team were so kind and empathetic I had a consultation with Nicola who is a consultant trichologist she really does know what she is talking about and has also had cancer so there was a genuine care and empathy that made me feel so incredibly special. The salon was gorgeous and I felt very heard and understood I would not hesitate to recommend the salon to anyone going through hair loss worries .

Was made to feel at ease immediately from the moment I picked up the phone to help my loved one with her concerns I knew I had found people who cared . A locally answered telephone call where the young lady answered all my concerns . Then an appointment with Jemma to decide on best options . I was guided throughout the whole experience with empathy and compassion for a difficult situation. I cannot recommend this company enough

I have been worried about thinning hair and lack of volume so I came for a consultation for a hair integration system or extensions. The consultation was really thorough and I have left with a plan to protect my natural hair and booked in for some really natural extensions. Super excited to go back, it was a really pleasant experience and the salon is stunning.

Oct 23,2024I was actually sent the wrong shade of wig but I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service was faultless. I was offered a full refund or replacement and it was all handled quickly. And I love that they have an actual phone number so you can call them and speak to someone! Quite rare these days!

Sep 19,2024My hair is very fine to start with but after taking medication my hairline has receded considerably.After researching what was out there to help my situation I came across the Wonderful Wig Company. I made an appointment with Gemma she was very understanding and helped me choose a hair topper.My fitting was with Janet as Gemma was on holiday when my topper arrived and I didn't want to wait as I too was going on holiday. Janet was great she cut my topper to a style that suited me. She was very helpful with all the questions I needed answering. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you to all that helped. My topper is great my hair gets compliments all the time.

Sep 18,2024I actually ordered a wig to be delivered to a friend in the UK who brought it to me overseas. The ordering and delivery process was the same as any other company. No problems. The actual wig (Tova by Rene of Paris) was a bit of a disappointment. It had no bounce, was very straight and looked like it had been in the box for months or longer so was misshapen. It's the style I've worn for years so I know it well. My bad for ordering online. I'll go back to a proper shop in future when in the UK

Sep 13,2024My daughter’s previous experiences with finding a wig were awful then we were recommended the wonderful wig company. I can’t recommend them highly enough they’re empathetic empowering and listen to all your hopes and make them come true. Losing your hair makes you feel you’ve lost your identity but thanks to Nicola, my daughter has found hers again.

Jemma was absolutely amazing, made me feel at ease and was so helpful,she listened and heard me when asking about the style of wig I was looking for and couldn't of been more kind and helpful. A great experience and will definitely be using this company from now on,the selection of wigs available was great and the salon itself was very private and comfortable. Thank so so much
