When I was booking ticket for some guest it was showing the price in usd but upon purchasing it was showing in GBP after purchasing the sign to € which was so confusing. At then end it was showing will get tickets before 3 days and I got so frustrated because used the guest credit card and was praying that it's not a fraud as this was my first time on this site. But contact on WhatsApp I was told I will get the tickets in few hours, to my surprise I received the tickets late night. The service on WhatsApp was amazing. Overall the team seems to be professional for which I appreciate them.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé 2 places pour le match Juventus-PSG qui aura lieu le 2 novembre 2022, et aujourd'hui j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir reçu 4 places pour le match Benfica-Juventus qui se tiendra demain. Le match n'est pas le bon et le nombre de places non plus. J'ai donc envoyé plusieurs mails a Ticketkosta en espérant avoir une réponse le plus rapidement possible afin de recevoir les bonnes places pour le bon match qui a lieu la semaine prochaine. Le numéro de commande étant le 10283. - Mise a jour de la situation 1 jour plus tard : Ticketkosta m'a répondu par mail en me disant que les billets reçus ont étés envoyés par erreur et que je devrais donc recevoir les bons billets 1 à 2 jours avant le match. - Mise à jour le 6 novembre : Au final j'ai donc bien reçus mes 2 billets par mail 1 jour avant le match et tout s'est bien passé. C'était donc peut être une erreur de destinataires lorsque j'ai reçus 4 billets qui n'étaient pas de ma commande...donc plus de peur au final et tout a été conforme par la suite.

So, I’m not a season ticket holder, so that was probably impossible to find the tickets for the Bees’ home game, especially for the derby against Chelsea. But these guys did everything perfectly! We got our ticket just before the game we booked away section for Wales Poland and paid £240 for 2 tickets. Ended up in a welsh section surrounded by people who paid as little as £25 per ticket. massive scam.

Biggest scam ever. I’m first we didn’t get our tickets before 8 hours before the event the same day. BUT! Our ticket didn’t worked and the same tickets was sent to other buyers when we checked them at the help desk! WATCH OUT for this scam company! Tried the numbers on the website and none is Working. So don’t use this company ever! We went all the way from Sweden to Hungary, just for the match! Went to the stadium to get informed that the tickets was already used. Edit. My order number is #9506 as ticketkosta asked for it below. How can you respond here? But not at Facebook, Instagram, mail, call or WhatsApp? This is totally crazy.
Had some issues with the website, but when I wrote to whatsapp, they helped me ASAP — asked for some passport info and sent the ticket in 10 minutes for League of Champions that started in 2 hours! Definitely will use the service again, great customer experience!
Watched Liverpool vs Leipzig Pre-Season Got Front Seats and Had a wonderful experience Although it was a bit scary a little bit when sometimes they reply a bit late. At the end, We got the tickets and got a great experience.

I have purchased 2 tennis tickets, one for RG and one for Wimbledon. As for RG experience goes, it was good seat, as they promised. For Wimbledon the seats were superb, few rows above from the players boxes, couldn't ask for the better experience. In both cases tickets were cheaper, especially for Wimbledon in comparison to other similar websites. Service was also very responsive with the delivery and outlaying the schedule. Not a scam, highly recommended!

Nov 22,2022I had contacted Ticketkosta in September, enquiring about tickets for the Liverpool vs Ajax soccer game in Amsterdam. I specifically stated that I only wished to purchase tickets if they could guarantee that all 3 tickets would be seated together. Ticketkosta immediately confirmed in writing and assured me that I would be issued 3 tickets seated next to each other and that I could move ahead with the order. I then purchased 3 premium tickets and booked flights to bring my parents from South Africa to attend the game with me. I messaged Ticketkosta a week before the game as I had not received my tickets, they responded saying that all was in order. I received my tickets 3 days before the game and noticed that only 2 tickets were seated together, whilst the 3rd ticket was 4 blocks/stands away. I immediately contacted the emergency team on whatsapp, as well as emailed the contact center. The only feedback I received was that they will try to change my tickets and inform me if the situation changes. I sent countless follow up emails but received no further communication up to the day of the game and no new tickets were issued. I unfortunately had to miss the game due to the seating issue - this was extremely disappointing! I have emailed Ticketkosta requesting a refund for the 1 unused ticket, as they did not deliver on their promises. I have sent numerous emails but have received no response from Ticketkosta to date. I am appauled at the lack of customer service and after sales assistance.
